Week 2 – Wednesday – Training Missed

Training: Missed

Reason: Could not get up in the morning. Had planned Chest & Triceps Workouts. Now, I will have to do extra on Friday, probably to cover other body parts.

Did my Biceps and Forearms workouts the other day. I have to keep notes in my training diary, even if I missed workout on some day.
