Since, SA Hardtarget and I, both were not getting enough sleep time, we decided to take the day off, and let our muscles recuperate. We had been training hard all week, and were not getting enough rest time.
My triceps were really hammered in the first half of the week, as they were involved in Shoulder, Upper Arms and Chest workouts, from Monday to Wednesday. Therefore, it was best that we rest.
