Seated Dumbbell Presses
Sets: 3 sets
Repetitions:          12 for each set

Standing Lateral Raises
Sets: 4 sets
Repetitions:          8 – 6 – 5 – 5

Upright Rows

1 Bananas before workout

My feeling after the workout
Did not enjoy the workout at all. Didn’t even sweat during the workouts. My partner needs to push me, and I need need to push him, as we’re not improving. Something is really wrong, and we need to sort it out as soon as possible.
