Today, May 13, 2010, 5:30 pm Local Time (GMT +5) – I was accessing my twitter account as usual. I refreshed the page to get tweets update, and it showed me this message “Twitter is over capacity”.Also depicting that there were too many tweets and asked me to try again. However, it’s been five minutes, and my account SA_Arnold on Twitter has not been restored yet. Therefore, I can safely say that “Twitter is Down”.
